Play Dogs: Dog Cafe

This weekend my friend, Carla, my sister, Dani and I visited one of my favorite places: a dog cafe. Like all other dog cafes I've had to pleasure of visiting this past year the smell precedes even the barking, repelling for some, but welcoming for any dog lover. This cafe was set up very well, separating the large dogs from the small dogs and cats. The few kitties had an escape area to take breaks at their will. It was crowded when we first got there, of course it was a Saturday night. We ordered Earl Gray tea, Cherry Coke, and a iced mocha then started playing with the puppies. The name of the cafe really suites this place as the dogs are fairly playful. After buying some treats we were the favorites of all the dogs with their big staring eyes. These guys were pretty well trained as they listened even to the foreigners to sit (앉아 "anja"), shake (손 "sone"), and speak (말해 "mal hae").

We stayed for hours... and yes I will be going back! Two bulldogs, a hound, boxers, chihuahuas, poodles, and many more breeds can be seen and played with here. Other than sipping a beverage and playing with the dogs and cats you can also play some board games. Play Dogs is near Children's Grand Park Station (Line 7).
